?Where can the card be used
The card may be used in any establishment that processes transactions in an automated terminal except for hotels, car rentals, currency exchange locations, part of gas stations and/or convenient stores.
?How much can I draw out
Up to NIS 1,000 on one occasion and no more than 1,000 NIS per day.
?What is the maximum amount of a transaction that can I enter into
You can enter into a transaction for any amount that is compatible with the balance of your account but not more than 10,000 NIS per day including cash drawing.
?I draw out cash but the money did not come out, what must I do
You must wait for two business days, if the balance on your account has still not been revised you can contact us by telephone: *6272 (08:00-16:00)
?The card has been lost/ was swallowed up, to whom shall I report this
You must immediately inform the call center of loss theft of Isracard by telephoning: 03-6364400 (24/7)
?My card expires soon. what should I do
A card with a new validity will be sent to the shipping address updated on our database about a month before the card expires. Upon receipt of the card with the new validity, it must be activated via the website or by automated voice mail at 03-6364432. If your card still has not reached you within two week of the expiration of your card, please contact our Customer Call Center at 6272* (08:00-16:00)for a new card.
?Is it possible to use the card to make transactions abroad
The card is for use only in Israel.
?Can I get a loan from Isracard based on my Direct card
Anyone can apply for a loan from Isracard, and his/her application will be examined.
